Description
Learn how to solve business problems intuitively and effectively using design thinking - a human-centric approach to identifying challenges, implications and creating new ideas.
Here’s What You’ll Learn
-Apply the design thinking structure and brainstorm innovative solutions from the customer’s perspective
-Conduct research including user interviews to recognize distinct needs around specific challenges
-Design a storyboard to link design ideas and create a prototype to test ideas to discover concerns/issues and drive ideas forward
