Three-course dinner for DesignTO with floral artist Strange Phool.

Mimosa Haque, a Bangladeshi Canadian artist, explores otherworldly gardenscapes and newfangled floral design under the moniker <a href="https://www.instagram.com/strangephool/" title="https://www.instagram.com/strangephool/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Strange Phool</a>. On January 23, she will set an intricate tablescape inspired by nature’s imperfections and the architectural elements of Ace Toronto. Upon that table, we will serve a three-course dinner with wine pairings prepared by Alder. Fusing Strange Phool’s singular perspective on plants and the wood-fired cooking of Michelin-star Chef Patrick Kriss, the evening will be a meditation on how we construct the organic within ourselves.Celebrate a night building arrangements, and dining in good company.A portion of ticket sales will go to <a href="https://sosacanada.ca/" title="https://sosacanada.ca/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">SOSA</a> the not-for-profit organization that embraces and aims to promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the professions of architecture and design.
