DEVELOPING LEARNING GOALS FOR YOUR PROGRAMME AND ORGANIZATIONS
LEADERSHIP & COLLABORATION
ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCE SESSION - (Link will be sent via email to all participants)
Description:
The central mandate of many programmes and organizations is supporting the learning of others. All too often, those organizations have hypothetical, ill-defined, or unrealistic learning goals. What makes a great learning goal, and how do we develop them? How do we build teams and purpose around our learning goals? How do we make the learning goals of our organization central in the way our systems work? In this workshop, you will learn the theoretical framework for developing learning goals, the practical strategies for generating them, and you will practice creating them in service of your organization.
