An exclusive DINE'INN experience at the historic Southampton Inn with our amazing Guest Chef - CHRIS HAMMOND .

<p>In 2014, Chef Chris moved  from London, UK, in order to real ize his dream of owning and operating his own  restaurant. The Warrington Social House in Listowel, Ontario, was born with Chris as the Head Chef unti l 2021 .  Chris sold The Warrington to focus on his new found corporate career, moving to Southampton in the Summer of 2022.  </p><p>Chris is excited to prepare and cook this special British inspired ‘proper pub’ spring  menu for you all, in the amazing beautiful setting of the Southampton Inn.</p>

Spring asparagus two ways / crispy herbed soft boiled egg / honey roasted bacon / sour dough soldiers / whipped hollandaise & chives

Starter

Pan seared hanger steak served medium rare / mini Yorkshire pudding & horseradish cream / minted peas & cider braised little gem / confit shallot / crispy rosemary potatoes / mushroom & thyme ‘ketchup’ / red wine & port reduction

Main Course

Lemon cream posset / rhubarb jelly / Prosecco poached rhubarb / pink peppercorn / vanilla shortbread
