What is your refund policy?

Refunds can be granted up to 10 days before the event.

Please part at the Cargill Community Centre - signs will direct you. A bus will be at the Centre to take attendees to the venue and back to the Community Centre again once the event is finished.

I see this is semi-formal - what kind of shoes should I wear?

Comfortable footwear is definitely recommended. There are gravel areas around the bridge and attendees will be required to walk a short distance from the parking area to the bridge.

Dinner Over the Yokasippi River

Please arrive at approximately 5:45 pm at the Community Centre. This will allow the bus to get you to the event on time. Once you arrive, enjoy a glass of wine and delicious appetizers. Stroll around the grounds and enjoy the ambiance created by the combination of the old iron bridge and the Yokasippi (Teeswater), river flowing below. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm. Sit and enjoy!
