Yes. Dinner is complimentary, but seating is limited and reservations must be confirmed in advance so we can reserve dinner and seating for each guest.

Yes. Because dinner and seating are reserved for each guest, our team confirms reservations before the event. Please confirm with our team by phone, text, or email once you register.

Is this a lecture or presentation?

No. The evening is designed to be relaxed and conversational, with a short health conversation followed by dinner and discussion.

How long is the event?

The evening runs from 6:30 pm to approximately 8:30 pm, including a short health conversation and plenty of time for dinner and questions.

What will Dr. Chris be sharing?

Dr. Chris will share some of his thoughts on health and what Canada’s top three killers reveal about how we measure health, followed by open conversation and discussion.

What if I can’t attend after reserving a seat?
