Diving Into Dioramas

The WAAC is an artistically and culturally diverse charitable association that is committed to advancing the appreciation, development and exhibition of the arts, with an emphasis on art produced by women. WAAC members are strongly committed to its scholarship programs and to the Association's charitable mandate. Equally, the advancement of public education in the arts is an important priority for the Association.

WAAC Education Committee presents three separate 2 hour workshops with Martha Davis, entitled ‘DIVING INTO DIORAMAS’Participants will create their own dioramas using kits supplied by the artist that cover various themes, including Housing, Food Security, Climate Change, Technology, Animal Adaptations, and Democracy.Photographs of the final projects will be taken and supplied at a later date.Choose from one of the following dates: Saturday, May 9 Tuesday, May 19 Saturday, June 6Each workshop will run from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pmJoin us in the workshop room downstairs at the Women’s Art Association of Canada23 Prince Arthur Ave. Toronto M5R 1B2 COST:$50 MEMBERS$60 NON-MEMBERS
