Diwali is here and we are celebrating! Join CSI at Elements Night Club to dance the night away with DJ Junaid! Come Check this event out! Live Dohl Drummers, Dancers, Henna Artists, Free Food, and Photo Booths to capture the night!Traditional clothing is encouraged so come dressed to impress. We will see you there!Doors open at 8:00 PMPlus ones are welcomed! MUST be with a Conestoga student (ticket holder) to get in and MUST be 18 years or older.This is an all ages event!

<h2>Ticket Information </h2><ul><li>Tickets are $10 for CSI Event Fee Paying Students (See how to claim below!)</li><li>Tickets are $20 for NON-Event Fee Paying Students </li></ul>Your ticket will guarantee your entry until 9:30PM. After that, entry cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be given for late or absent ticket holders. Doors open at 8:00PM<ul><li>Tickets at the door will be available from 9:30PM for $20, regardless of fees paid.</li></ul>In addition to your ticket, please bring your Conestoga OneCard. The student number on your ticket and your Conestoga OneCard must match to be admitted. Ticket holders who are denied entry for failure to have a matching OneCard or valid government issued photo ID will not be refunded.Please make sure you are available to attend the event before purchasing. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Ticket sales close Saturday October 22, 2022.---Is the event sold out and you didn't get a ticket? Join the Waitlist above for any tickets that may become available! DO NOT GET SCAMMED. Do not purchase a CSI Event ticket from any source besides Conestoga Students Inc. We will only sell tickets through our official EventBrite, as linked in our event postings.

<h2>Paid your CSI Event fee? </h2><h3>Here's how to claim your discounted ticket! </h3><ul><li>Click the green TICKETS button found above </li><li>Click enter promo code. The Promo code will be DI+YourStudentNumber </li><li>FOR EXAMPLE, say your student number is 1234567. The promo code would be DI1234567</li><li>A $10.00 discount should be automatically applied to your order. </li></ul>Reminder: This promo code will only work if you have paid your CSI Event Fee! Not sure if you've paid your events fee? Check your Spring 2022 semester invoice to be sure! Having trouble? Do NOT purchase a ticket just yet. Email CSIEvents@conestogac.on.ca and we can look into it for you within 48 hours Mon-Fri. Make sure to follow the instructions to apply your student number prior to purchasing your ticket to see if you are eligible for the CSI Event Fee discount. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, including partial refunds.

Select the bus option you need when you order your ticket!</h2>Buses depart on the following schedule: Please be at the campus for 6:30pm<ul><li>Brantford Campus (Colborne)- 6:30pm</li><li>Guelph Campus - 6:30pm</li></ul>Exact pick up locations for your campus will be communicated via email closer to the event. Look out for emails from csievents@conestogac.on.ca and/or EventBrite, and check your junk folder! Need Accessible Transportation? Please email csievents@conestogac.on.ca outlining how we can assist! <h3>Getting yourself there? Arrive alive.</h3>...to the event and back home. Do not drive or get in the car with someone who is under the influence.

The below resources are available to you: <ul><li>Conestoga myWellness Counselling Services are available by phone, virtually, and in-person, Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, with evening appointments available. Make an appointment by contacting Counselling at counselling@conestogac.on.ca or 519-748-5220 ext. 3679. </li><li>Good2Talk Ontario is a free mental health resource available to all Ontario post-secondary students that can access an alternative or if you need support outside regular office hours as 24-hour services are available at good2talk.ca. </li><li>For any students residing outside of Ontario, you can access the webpage campusmentalhealth.ca/in-crisis for proper resources in your area. </li><li>The Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Prevention and Response Coordinator is available if you have witnessed or experienced sexual or gender-based violence. They can be reached at SGBV@conestogac.on.ca. </li><li>Conestoga’s Medical Care Clinic at Doon Campus is available for all students and provides STI testing, birth control, and more. Appointments are available on weekdays and can be booked by calling 519-748-5220 ext. 3679. </li></ul>We are here to help!
