Help! I signed up for the wrong workshop, how can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

We understand mistakes happen! As per our policy, refunds are not available due to tickets being non-refundable. However, tickets are transferable to any other workshop we have available or to a friend or family member. Please contact our team ASAP.

Question 2

Will tools and materials be provided, or should I bring my own?

Accepted Answer

We'll provide the necessary tools for your project including shears, clippers, and an apron! Gardening gloves are optional and not provided, feel free to bring your own!

Question 3

Can two people work on one project?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Each person will need to pay a deposit to hold each spot. Please note that not both deposits will be returned upon completion of your project - only one deposit may be applied per project.

Can my child(ren) do a project?

Accepted Answer

Kids are welcome at our workshops! Children 12 & under must be with an adult, and everyone—kids and adults—needs their own ticket to participate. We also offer workshops just for kids—check out our calendar to see what’s coming up!
