Our DIY Pizza is a hands-on class where you’ll learn the secrets of making the iconic New York-style pizza, known for its large, foldable slices, and crispy crust, and Pizza Napolitana, celebrated for its thin, chewy crust, and charred edges. Chef Fabricio, our skilled pizzaiolo, will walk you through every step, from crafting dough from scratch to the final bake. You'll learn about fermentation, hand-stretching, and how to top your own pizzas like a pro.THINGS TO KNOWFor 18+ only.A welcome glass of prosecco will be served upon arrival, and additional beverages will be available for purchase a la carte throughout the class.Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for seating.Registration for in L’OCA Classes and Events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and require full payment.
