Join Oxfam and JAYUxGuelph on February 24th for a night full of Black History Month-themed documentaries and discussions!

For Sama is an intimate and epic journey into the female experience of war. The story of Waad al-Kateab&#x27;s life through five years of the uprising in Aleppo, Syria as she falls in love, gets married and gives birth to her dauther, Sama, all while conflict rises around her.Participants will gain 24-hour access to the film and can look forward to a live Q&amp;A with the director of the film, Waad Al-Kateab and Edward Watts at 7:30pm on Thursday, October 21. Our post-screening discussion and Q&amp;A will aim to explore the films and discuss human rights in conflict areas. Join us for a night full of learning and reflecting!
