As the dots begin to form patterns, the repetitive rhythm becomes surprisingly calming—many participants find themselves slipping into an almost meditative flow.You’ll work on your own mandala base, choosing from a curated palette of colours and bringing your design to life dot by dot. It’s part mindfulness, part creative expression, part playfullness, and entirely your own.<h4>Who This Is For?</h4>This session is recommended for ages 8 and up. This workshop is equally popular with teens, adults, and seniors — anyone who enjoys a creative, relaxing activity.
