Discover tips and break down myths about nutrition and ADHD at this free in-person workshop for Usask students.

WHERE: Marquis 104 (Peer Health Space & across from the campus bookstore), Marquis Hall, University of Saskatchewan.

WHEN: October 29th, 2026 from 2-3pm

WHAT: This one-hour workshop will cover:

  • Myths about nutrition and ADHD
  • Overcoming common barriers to meal planning and eating
  • Tools and tips for being confident and successful

Free for Usask students. Register, or drop-in. Offered by the Usask Student Wellness Centre.

Facilitated by Registered Dietitian Amy Pickering (she/her) M.Ed., Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS)
