Ecstatic Dance and Sound Bath

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form DJ'ed dance gathering for somatic release through movement.

New to Ecstatic Dance? Here are some guidelines:

• Arrive on time (or enter quietly if music has started)

• Leave shoes and phones at door

• Move with awareness, free-form

• Honour your needs

• Honour each other's boundaries

• Save chit-chat for later (communicate with your eyes and bodies on the dancefloor)

There are a limited number of two-for-one tickets available. Please use these if you need an equity option.

Ticket sales close at noon Saturday Feb 21, drop-in spaces are available with cash payment at the door.
