What to Bring

• Hydrate like it’s your job! Please bring PLENTY of water. We recommend 2 big tumblers — we’re minimizing single-use plastics and would love your support in keeping this gathering as clean as the energy we’re raising.
• Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in
• We dance barefoot (or in socks)
• A nourishing snack for after the dance is recommended
• Some snacks. Your body will thank you. Plus, you are welcome to stay and make some connections & socilaize after the event :)
