We start with a quick check-in, then open space to share challenges, swap ideas, and support one another. It’s informal but guided by a facilitator.

Not necessarily. We know organizations may different titles. These calls are for people in senior leadership roles — whether you’re an Executive Director, CEO, Program Director, or the person carrying overall responsibility for your organization’s operations and strategy.
