Any experience required?

No experience required! Just bring an open mind, and be ready to open up to your emotions.

Do I need to bring anything?

A water bottle, a yoga mat, a blanket, and/or a pillow to sit on are all recommended. A pillow is especially recommended for this one!

How do I access the Studio?

When you arrive at the address, there is a small non-descript door. Enter and follow the stairs up. When you get to the top, turn left and walk all the way to the end of the hallway. The workshop is through the last door on the left!
