Spring Equinox invites your inner creative to take the lead of your life.

Perhaps you are starting with micro creations - a morning ritual you want to commit to this Spring, a new skill or hobby, or maybe you are keen to build a new friendship.

During this 3 hour experience you get to tap into your natural creative expression and decide where you want to put your energy for the season of spring.

What to Expect:
~ Opening ceremony with a guided somatic meditation and cacao ritual
~ Intuitive vocal toning and singing circle
~ Nervous system support to feel embodied calm
~ Guided somatic dance to experience your creative genius
~ Optional sharing in pairs, small group and large group

What to Bring:
• Cushion
• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothes you can move in
• A journal and pen
