Emergent Strategy Workshop

We have been looking at our leaders to drive the change towards a sustainable and regenerative movement. These movements are focusing on the leader and gathering a critical mass. However, our leaders have consistently let us down and the critical mass evaporated with each let down. We need a new way of leadership that puts the focus on the critical connections instead of the critical mass, we need strategies which are adaptive and intentional. We need to redefine leadership and make leaderful movements. We need emergent strategies. Join us for a workshop on developing emergent strategies on November 9th, between 10 AM to 12 PM MT and 1 to 3 PM MT to learn about emergent strategies and how you can implement them in your work. After this workshop, you will be able to: - Understand a new leadership model based on critical connections - Make your individual actions have a larger impact on the societal level - Get people to speak and listen to each other and collectively agree on action - Lead an adaptive and intentional movement. Mary Beard has said that “If women are not perceived to be fully within the structures of power, surely it is power that we need to redefine rather than women?”. Lets change the meaning of leadership together.
