What to expect:

After a warm welcome and introduction, Linda will guide you through visualisation and inner enquiry to deepen your understanding of yourself and explore your sense of purpose. After the journey, you’ll have space to share what you experienced or discovered, if you wish. Amanda will then lead a creative practice to help you reflect on and integrate what surfaced.

Capacity is limited to 10 people for your comfort.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before start time to get settled. Once the journey begins we are unable to accommodate late attendees.

What to bring: items for your comfort, journal and pen, a blanket, and a yoga mat if you prefer to lay down. Comfortable seating is available and laying down is not required for hypnosis to be effective.

Before you register: This group workshop includes guided imagery and inner reflection. It is intended for personal exploration. This workshop is unsuitable for anyone currently experiencing psychosis, suicidal thoughts, severe psychological distress, or medical instability.
