We have brought you back the Empowered Wellness Program to start to kick off your internal health and prepare your body and mind for the upcoming holiday season. This All Level Yoga series will be weekly 60 minutes classes. Join Innergy Corporate Yoga instructor Amar Patel for a six week series on Tuesdays from 6-7 pm EST, starting Sep 26th and ending Nov 14th.
