When Paul wrote to Timothy, he gave several instructions to him concerning the Word of God. Timothy was told to retain the standard, to guard the treasure, to accurately handle the word of truth and finally to entrust it to others.These are great instructions but how do they apply to us as leaders? What does it look like to retain the standard, to guard the treasure, handle the word accurately and most importantly entrust it to others? How do we recognize others who will hold the same standards? Join us as we explore these truths and give practical instruction in developing future leaders we can pass the baton of God’s Word to.
