Equity Coffee Hour Coaching Across Differences: Building Trust in Unequal Contexts Facilitated by Cai Delumpa, PCCWhen coaches and clients don’t share the same identities or social realities, trust can feel more complex—and more fragile.This session focuses on how power, context, and lived experience shape trust in cross-identity coaching relationships. We’ll explore what helps trust grow authentically without minimizing difference or assuming sameness. You’ll walk away with greater confidence navigating cross-identity coaching relationships with care, humility, and clarity.
