The panel brings together lawyers and licensed paralegals from diverse practice areas to discuss how equity and professional responsibility intersect in real legal environments.
Topics include:
- Access to justice in practice
- Implicit bias, credibility, and professional perception
- Ethical and professional responsibility obligations
- Microaggressions and systemic barriers within legal institutions
This program is accredited by the Law Society of Ontario and provides 2 hours of EDI Professionalism Content (CPD-eligible).
The session will be recorded, and a recording will be made available to all registered participants.
