Q1 - Is this event designed for consultants or in-house leaders?
This event is designed primarily for in-house leaders who are responsible for or committed to making their organizations more equitable, diverse, and inclusive. For example, Diversity and Inclusion Leaders, Learning and Development Leaders, People Leaders, ERG leaders, Senior Leaders in various roles who wish to learn how to make more equitable decisions, and champions and allies for equitable organizational change. 
*We have had a number of inquiries and registrations from consultants in this field, while you may find the approach interesting and informative, this session is not designed to equip you or license you to use the Equity Sequence methodology in your work. 
Q2 - Will I be able to practice the Equity Sequence™ in my work after attending this event? 
While you will be introduced to the Equity Sequence™ questions and we will demonstrate it, it is critical to the maximum impact and effectiveness of the practice that it be scaffolded with our full training regimen (which will soon be available in a digital format).
