Erato’s mission is to foster and develop the growing repertoire of vocal/instrumental chamber music: honouring, yet distinct from the traditions of art song, choral music, and opera. We do this by supporting the creation of new work, and presenting high-quality artistic performances in public places, thereby advancing the public’s appreciation of the arts.

This family friendly concert will be sure to delight audiences of all ages. Thanks to our friends at Redshift Music Society, audiences will learn the answer to the age-old question, “What happens when you put an opera singer in a Bouncy Castle?”.Erato is saving no space for serious songs or dreary durges. For those who think concerts are meant for stifled cheers and polite applause, we say “pish posh”!
