Amy De Wolfe is the creator of the wellness blog, EarthNourished.co. She is also the co-founder of Superfood Eateries, a raw vegan restaurant in Toronto, and The Raw Divas, an online community for women. In her role building both of these businesses to success, she helped people realize that healthy eating could be delicious and decadent, and that building vibrant wellness works best with a village of community and support. After several years of consulting to other businesses and working in the corporate world, Amy is excited to be getting back to her passion as a serial mompreneur living the sweet life and lit up by helping others realize their dreams!
