WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND EVOLUTION IV?

<LI>This is for Epiphany Group's Preferred Members only. We highly recommend that Advisors, Associate Advisors, and Operation attend, as there will be customized breakout sessions and networking opportunities.</LI>
</UL>
ARE SPOUSES INVITED?
<UL>
<LI>If your spouse is an Advisor/Sales Associate Advisor or part of the Operations team and you have an adequate number of eligible Epiphany Group memberships, they can attend in their place.</LI>
<LI>Please note that there are no specific programs for spouses. This is an Advisor business-focused event.</LI>

WHAT DOES THE CONFERENCE COST?

<LI>There is NO COST for you to attend the conference. You are responsible for the cost of getting to and from the conference and for your hotel accommodations (at a reduced business rate). All meals are provided for you.</LI>

WHERE ARE THE BUSINESS SESSIONS HELD?

<LI>All the business sessions are held at The Galt Museum.</LI>
</UL>
HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR AN AWARD AT THE BUSINESS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BANQUET?

<LI>Once registration is complete, we will contact all registrants with all information on how to quality, what they are eligible to qualify for, and whether they are comfortable with the disclosure required to quality.</LI>

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

<LI>Conference attire: Business</LI>
<LI>Dinner at Pavan Park: Casual - this year, the Pavan Park dinner will be themed as "Campfire Vibes". Think blue jeans and plaid! Feel free to dress accordingly, and don't worry, you won't be the only one dressed up.</LI>

<LI>Guests will be responsible for organizing their own transportation and accommodations.</LI>
<LI>Please note that hotel rooms will be available as a first come, first serve basis due to no pre-blocked rooms.</LI>

WHY DID EVOLUTION IV MOVE FROM MEXICO TO LETHBRIDGE?
<UL>
<LI>Evolution IV and the organizing committee had discussed the option of hosting the 2020 conference in Mexico. However, after some research and discussion, it was determined that we would hold the 2020 conference in Lethbridge. Additionally, the Sunlife annual conference for 2020 has already been scheduled to be hosted in Mexico. We didn't want to duplicate or make any attendees chose one over the other.</LI>
