What do I wear?

Workout, dance or yoga clothes. No shoes required (if needed, make sure they have soft soles and are clean for the studio floor). Bring bottled water.

Question 2

I don't have experience in this, is it open to beginners?

Accepted Answer

Yes, beginners are welcome. The class is guided for different levels. And as you gain experience, your ability, fun and fitness will also increase.
