What is this about?
We are wild and free individuals, crafting our way through life with our own unique perspective and experience of the world around us. But we are also deeply connected and share more than what makes us separate. Why? What does this balance look like? How do we live a harmonious existence engaging in benevolence and compassion while practicing self-discipline and devotion to a higher purpose? We are strong and capable people, and we are made stronger when we work together.
We will be discussing the ancient moral and ethical guidelines offered in yoga philosophy and how to integrate the principles and practice into our modern life. Through a heated Kundalini yoga practice, group and personal work, and a follow-up online support system for one month (as we engage in a 30 day challenge), this workshop is for anyone who is passionate about creating sustainable and healthy change in their lives.
Through discussion lead by Marin McCue and kundalini lead by Sanja Avramovic, we are elevating your evening to Experience Collective.

What to expect from the Kundalini practice?
The practice of Kundalini Yoga is wholistic and mixes movement (asana), breath work (pranayam), meditation, and chanting (yes chanting, don't be afraid to belt-it!) to create a truly transformational experience. 
Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness; the purpose of practicing Kundalini is to gain an awareness of your unique individual potential. Although it is a very personal practice, the best way to become aware of your own infinite potential is by practicing Kundalini Yoga in a group. When Kundalini is practiced together the group energy and convergence creates a regulation and greater depth of sensation to the practice. Having others present keeps you accountable, holds you up, and allows you to hold up and help others. Come share in this beautiful, powerful, and supportive experience!
