We are a charity dedicated to ensuring all young people in Waterloo Region can build their path to fulfilling careers. We do this by empowering youth to explore and prepare for the world of work in partnership with their parents, educators and our local workforce.

Business & Education Partnership - Waterloo Region

The Business & Education Partnership of Waterloo Region invites you to participate in the third annual Explore Your Future event. Featuring over 60 interactive exhibitor booths and multiple informative workshops, this event offers an opportunity for local employers, businesses, and educational institutions to inform youth (and their parents!) about the many employment, education, and career exploration opportunities available in our rapidly changing economy. 
Event Audience:  
- Over 300 grade 7-12 students and their parents - Educators from across Waterloo Region - Representatives from over 50 regional organizations
What's included with each exhibitor booth purchase: 
- 8' skirted table - light refreshments for up to 2 representatives - organization name and website listed in the Explore Your Future event guide 
Booth Details:
Price  
- Only $150 per booth: mutliple booth spaces can be purchased, as desired - 15% off for booths purchased prior to January 31 - 50% off for not-for-profit organizations 
Event Timelines 
- Exhibitor Setup Period: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM  - Exhibitor Refreshments Available: 4:15 PM - 5:15 PM - Doors open for attendees: 5:30 PM - Event Ends: 8:30 PM - Teardown Period: - 8:30 PM - 9:30 PM 
Booth Format 
We know that to truly inform and inspire students, their interest needs to be engaged. Therefore, all exhibitor booths are requested to include an interactive component to their booth. Not only will this draw people to speak to you, it will help them remember what you say, create a positive association with your message, and have them talking about their experience to other friends and family.
