We are a charity dedicated to ensuring all young people in Waterloo Region can build their path to fulfilling careers. We do this by empowering youth to explore and prepare for the world of work in partnership with their parents, educators and our local workforce.

<h2>Explore Your Future</h2><p><a href="https://www.bepwr.ca/initiatives/explore-your-future" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"><strong>Explore Your Future</strong></a> is a series of events to help Waterloo Region youth learn about some career options. While geared towards the early stage research needs of grade 7 to 10 students, it is open to any youth and family that are interested .</p>
<em>Note: This event takes place over Zoom. A link will be sent out to registered attendees about 5:30 p.m. on the day of the event.</em>
<h1>Working with Words</h1><p>Do you enjoy  writing? Do you like painting pictures with words? Being persuasive? Clearly sharing an idea? Describing something in detail, accurately? Do you like researching? Asking questions?</p><p>There are many jobs that require someone to work with words. Jobs such as those working in journalism, corporate or nonprofit communications, marketing, and more. </p><p>Our panel features a range of people who everyday need to use words to achieve results at work. Learn more about exactly what they do now and how their career journey brought them to this point.
