Broken Table Talks and Sikh Heritage Month will be hosting a guided workshop aimed at emphasizing the importance of creativity, self expression and community support in navigating mental health challenges and promoting well-being. We invite participants to engage in meaningful and reflective activities that can facilitate deeper understanding, connection and empowerment in relation to their mental health journeys. This event will include a guided reflection and opportunity to create a personal keepsake from the conversation. This event is for ages 18 and up.Free event.
