Will this be a strenuous walk?

Accepted Answer

No. we will be moving slowly and stopping frequently to observe bugs, plants and whatever else we ca find!

However, this walk is over uneven terrain and is not wheelchair accessible.

What is iNaturalist?

Accepted Answer

iNaturalist is an online community that allows you to share and discuss observations from nature in order to identify organisms and create research-quality data for science and conservation.  iNaturalist aims to create awareness of local biodiversity and promote exploration of local environments.

Question 3

I want to use the iNaturalist app, but I don't have data. Can I still take part?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  If you don't have data or don't want to upload your observations  during the walk, you can take photos with your phone and upload them to iNaturalist afterwards. Help will be available to show you how, if you like!
