FACTOR @ Mutek 2019  (Friday, August 23)

As a private non-profit organization, FACTOR is dedicated to providing assistance toward the growth and development of the Canadian music industry. FACTOR's programs are funded by Canada's private radio broadcasters and the Department of Canadian Heritage's Canada Music Fund.Support is provided to Canadian recording artists, songwriters, managers, labels, publishers, event producers, and distributors through various programs. Whether an artist is looking to record a demo, full length sound recording, market and promote an already existing album or showcase and tour domestically and internationally, funding is available. FACTOR supports many facets of the infrastructure which must be in place in order for artists and music entrepreneurs to progress into the international arena.We acknowledge the financial support of the Government of Canada and of Canada's private radio broadcasters. Sign up for a private one-on-one meeting with FACTOR's Project Coordinator, Jeff Hayward, to ask questions about FACTOR programs, deadlines, eligibility, and all the other FACTOR related things you want to know. Meetings are available on Friday, August 23rd from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
