Born in the Czech Republic and now calling Winnipeg home, Stepanka has always found joy in crafting as a way to express creativity and connect with others. Her journey began with knitting and crocheting, later blossoming into jewelry and card making during the quiet days of Covid.

With a background as a pharmacy assistant, Stepanka brings a caring, detail-oriented presence to her workshops. Now a full-time mom, she continues to explore the healing and grounding power of creativity. For this gathering, she will guide you in crafting a sun catcher — a luminous piece to carry light and intention into the season ahead.

Nature Therapy - Take a walk around the beautiful grounds

Join Noor, an experienced sound healer and meditation guide, for a 60-minute journey into deep rest and renewal. Drawing on years of practice and a trauma-informed approach, Noor creates a space that feels safe, welcoming, and inclusive—where you can set down the weight of daily life and simply be. Her work is rooted in a holistic and decolonized perspective on wellness, offering practices that honor tradition while meeting people where they are today.

Guided Meditation
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to help you settle in and let go of tension. Through gentle guidance and visualization, you’ll be invited to quiet the mind, connect inward, and prepare to receive the sound journey that follows.

Sound Bath Immersion
From there, you’ll be immersed in the soothing tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments. These sounds move through the body like waves, helping release stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and invite you into a deep state
