Fall is a great time to stop for a moment, breath in the crisp cool air and feel refreshed!That's why we are hosting a Fall Refresh Women's Business Networking Event at FLEX Fitness on Thursday, September 26th from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. This is an event to clear your head, enjoy a few laughs and learn from other amazing women in a positive, supportive and collaborative environment. You will network with like-minded business women and enjoy great conversation, wine and chocolate. You will also have the opportunity to take some time to focus on working "on" your business to escape the day to day grind of working "in" your business. Ashley Webster owner of AW Media Consulting will provide a 45 minute hands on social media workshop. The workshop will be focused on Instagram and Facebook and cover social media best practices, handling negative comments and reviews, social media advertising, building your brand online and technical tips.Our hope is that when the evening has ended you will leave inspired, with a few new friends and practical knowledge to help you grow your business. This event is intended to be light-hearted, relaxed and comfortable so please come dressed however you are most comfortable. FLEX Fitness is a child friendly space with a play area to keep little humans entertained. If you would like to bring your children with you to the workshop they are more than welcome to accompany you.Your ticket includes one glass of wine, chocolate treats and a social media workshop by Ashley Webster owner of AW Media Consulting.
