Join us for the Yukon Culinary Festival’s signature event! Featuring local Yukon based chefs collaborating with special guest chefs Chris Whittaker and Michael Roszell of Quaaout Lodge. Enjoy light refreshments outside by the fire while you watch the chefs work their magic and cook for you over the fire. Once the chefs are finished, come inside and feast on a HUGE buffet of local farmed, fished and foraged foods. You can expect bison, arctic char, elk, plant based dishes and much more. Music, wild cocktails, beers by Yukon Brewing and many other offerings will round out the evening. Come hungry!
