Field Supervisor Connect
Overview
This event is intended for Field Supervisors in Lambton County
Our goal as Field Supervisors is to effectively mentor ECE students and demonstrate how what the students are learning in class comes alive in placement. Join fellow field supervisors for an opportunity to connect, wonder, and reflect on best practices when supporting ECE students.
Together, we will explore strategies for mentoring and guiding students, navigating common challenges, and creating meaningful placement experiences. Come ready to engage in conversation, exchange ideas, and learn from one another as we mentor the next generation of early childhood educators.
