Finance Night 2018

The SFU Finance Club is a student run organization dedicated to helping finance students attending SFU. Our goals are to help SFU finance students succeed while attending SFU and after graduating from SFU by bridging the gap between their academic careers and professional careers. We aim to help students create meaningful and lasting connections with peers and with professionals in the industry.If you're looking for a great sense of finance community and a chance to challenge yourself, please attend our events and learn more about what we have to offer.

SFU Finance Club

Finance Night is SFU Finance Club's annual pillar networking event where SFU finance students have the opportunity to network with industry professionals in a stand up environment, listen to two keynote speeches from accomplished professionals within the finance sector, and enjoy catered appetizers and refreshments by the Pinnacle Harbourfront. This provides students with the opportunity to gain knowledge and insight about the different areas of finance and also create meaningful connections with finance professionals. This also provides professionals the opportunity to represent their firms and engage with upcoming graduates that are looking to work in the finance industry.  
There will be over 20 professionals in attendance from many areas of finance, including:
- Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Portfolio Management, Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions, Risk Management, and more.
WHERE: The Pinnacle Hotel Vancouver Harbourfront 
WHEN: February 7th, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (doors and registration at 5:30 p.m.)
ATTIRE: Business Formal
PLEASE NOTE: Invited professionals do NOT have to purchase a ticket through Eventbrite and only need to RSVP through email.
