Join our free Financial Empowerment Sessions with YWCA St. John’s to explore budgeting, credit, and saving strategies for newcomers.

We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming virtual Financial Empowerment Session, created especially for newcomer professionals who want to feel more confident and in control of their finances in Canada. In partnership with YWCA St. John’s, this workshop offers guidance on everyday financial topics that matter to you, like: ✔️ Creating and sticking to a budget✔️ Building and maintaining good credit✔️ Understanding taxes and government benefits✔️ Exploring saving options that work for your goals The session will be led by Rosie Myers, Financial Empowerment Coordinator at YWCAWhether you’re just settling in or have been here a while, this is a great chance to learn, ask questions, and gain the tools to make confident financial choices — now and in the future. Thursday, March 26 at 6:00 PM - Teams link will be shared with registered participants
