Finding Joy with HomeSpace

HomeSpace is a charitable real estate developer, rental housing owner and property manager. We provide access to safe, appropriate and affordable housing for the most vulnerable Calgarians, and own a portfolio of more than 550 units of housing throughout Calgary. We partner with 16 social serving community agencies to provide supports to the more than 700 residents in our buildings. We have completed construction on seven buildings in the last three years and currently have five more buildings in various stages of development. Helen Youn is the only Certified KonMari Consultant in Calgary. Helen found this method as an overwhelmed new mom after reading “The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up” by Marie Kondo and decided to make a change. After experiencing life-changing results firsthand, Helen felt compelled to pursue extensive training with Marie Kondo. Using the principles of the KonMari Method™, Helen guides and supports people through this life-changing journey to live more joyfully and mindfully while transforming their homes into a clutter free and easy to maintain space.
