Finding your Flow

We provide affordable mental health services to a variety of populations in the GTA, through Group and Individual Art Therapy sessions. We focus on client-centred treatment and an individual's positive strengths which allows for the expression of their authentic self, through creative means tailored to their needs. We are located just outside of Pape Subway Station! 658 Danforth Ave, Suite 204, Toronto ON.

Full Circle- Art Therapy Centre

“Finding your flow,” is a biweekly ongoing art therapy workshop, which explores how to find flow in daily activities and encounters. Flow states are explained as when we feel enjoyment, creative, opportunity for personal growth, and full presence during the experience. We will explore the concept of flow through a combination of mindfulness & art therapy activities . This group is open to anyone over the age of 16 years old and requires no prior art making experience!
