Finding your inner compass

Finding your inner compass

1368 Bedford HwyBedford, NS
Sunday, Mar 29 from 6 pm to 7:30 pm
Overview

Slow down and tune inward through meditation, frequency, and pendulum exploration in a calm, supportive setting.

Join us for a gentle evening of reflection, learning, and energetic connection.

Inner Compass is a small group gathering designed to help you slow down, tune inward, and explore your natural intuition in a supportive and relaxed space.

During this experience, we will work with meditation, tuning forks, and pendulum practice to quiet the mind and reconnect with your own inner guidance.

The evening will include:

• A grounding meditation to settle the body and mind • The use of tuning forks to help clear and balance energy • Guidance on how to connect with and use a pendulum • Learning how to discover your personal yes / no responses • Gentle practice asking clear, aligned questions • Time for quiet reflection and optional sharing

This gathering is not about predicting the future. Instead, it focuses on strengthening self-trust and creating space to listen to your own inner wisdom.

No experience with pendulums or energy work is required. Beginners are very welcome.

If you feel called to explore your intuition in a calm, supportive environment, this evening may be for you.

What to bring: • Your pendulum (if you have one) • A journal (optional) • An open and curious mind

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate and comfortable.
