Yes, the venue meets accessibility standards. Please indicate any specific needs during registration, or contact us ahead of time.

Yes, breakfast, lunch and light refreshments are included.

What is the refund policy?

Please note: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us at fnec@ikwc.org.

Can I check in before the day of the conference?

Yes! We strongly encourage all attendees to check in the day before the conference to avoid long lines on the morning of the event. Early check-in will be available Feb.2 at 1:00 PM in the Event Center Foyer. You'll receive your conference badge, wristband, swag, and any additional information.

Will there be an evening event? Is it included in the FNEC ticket price?

Yes, we have a round dance planned! This is a great opportunity to unwind and connect with fellow attendees in a more relaxed setting. Details will be shared in the conference agenda and emailed to all registered participants.
