This is a private residence; the address will only be provided to registrants. Your discretion with the address is greatly appreciated.

We invite you to enjoy some energy-charged tea. Please bring a go mug so you can enjoy tea at the event and feel free to fill up your cup before you leave to enjoy on your drive home.

Do I have to lay on a yoga mat?

Seating: There is seating available on sofas if you prefer to sit rather than lay on a yoga mat.
