Where do I park?

There is lots of free parking in Downtown Abbotsford. Please give yourself a bit of extra time to find parking, and follow all posted parking time limits.

Question 2

What should I bring?

Please bring your own yoga mat, as these will not be provided. Feel free to bring anything else (blocks, blanket, strap, extra layers, etc) that will assist you in your practice.

Question 3

How much experience do I need?

Accepted Answer

These classes will be suitable for beginners, experienced students, and those somewhere in between. Please ensure that you are able to get up and down from the floor unassisted. Please inform the teacher of any injuries before class.
