Gordon Neighbourhood House has served as a community hub in Vancouver’s West End since 1942.We have a history of working alongside our friends and neighbours to facilitate connection, engagement and collaboration, while seizing opportunities for community development.We work alongside community and sister organizations to offer programs that reflect the needs of our diverse community.

Move for mental health and support wellness initiatives in the neighbourhood!100% of donations go towards mental health programs at Gordon Neighbourhood House: sliding scale counselling, support groups, and wellness programs.About this classLed by a 200H Registered Yoga Teacher, this class will focus mind - body connection, strength building, accessible poses, and deep breathing. Modifications will be offered throughout the class, so all levels are welcome!The class will end with a short 5 minute meditation for deep rest and nervous system healing.Mats are available with advance request, blocks will be offered.To request a mat or for any questions, email anfisa@gordonhouse.orgDonations will be accepted by cash or card in-person at the end of the class. Today, we work closely with local residents, businesses and organizations to create dozens of programs, services and initiatives that respond to the needs and dreams of our neighbourhood.
