Gaian Heart is a place that welcomes everyone to explore the true depth of their potential in a safe and enjoyable way. Based out of Toronto, Canada, we offer training in Systema, Advanced Nutrition and Outdoor Survival Skills.

The event is $30 online before the event day. To pay at the event will be $40 and cash only so please sign up before if possible! Children under 12 are welcome to attend for $10.

Foraging Consciousness is far more than just memorizing protocols and learning theory. The nutrition and health world can be confusing with mental contradictions taking you in all directions. Its time to start learning from within!
This event will not be about identifying and learning about plants from someone else. This is about learning from within your own heart and inner awareness. You will learn how to begin to identify the edible and medicinal use of some of nature's greatest healing powerhouses completely from within your own intuition, allowing your plant and nutrition knowledge to far exceed anything you have been taught. But the event is so much more! By studying this way you will not only learn about what and how to best eat and heal but also begin to understand much deeper who you are as a person and the depth of power and wisdom contained within you. Empower yourself and let your spirit reach for the stars!
We will meet at Phyllis Rawlinson Park in Richmond Hill, at the second parking lot on the left, near the washrooms and picnic tables.
This event is rain or shine! Please bring a mug to sample some wild healing teas and get ready to heal your life!
