What level of physical fitness is required?

The event will take place on unpaved paths in the forest and will involve at least 90 minutes of standing and gentle walking. If you are unable to stand for 2 hours or sit on the ground this event may be unsuitable for you.

This event is designed for people 16 years or older as it will require slowing down, being mindful and having moments of silence. Please leave any young children at home. We require all event attendees to register beforehand.
